Ouarzazate was settled in 1928 by the French, but it preserve however the traces of a more ancient past: that of the tribe Glaoui. Ouarzazate is a privileged destination for all those who visit the valleys Draâ and Dades.
Exceptional site where it mix the vision of the desert and the eternal snows of Atlas, Oarzazate knew to attire many movie makers from all the world.

It is true that this ancient city benefit of an exceptional geographic situation. Situated on a vast desert plateau, the temperature can reach easily 45 degrees in summer. The contrast with the snows of Atlas is astonishing. Ouarzazate profit consequently of the landscape’s beauty that surround it. Many producers of movies came here in order to reconstitute the place’s history.

But Ouarzazate due its status of tourist destination to its important hotels complex. This infrastructure which was ameliorated permitted to become an ideal for the tourists desiring to go to the beutiful valleys Dades and Draa.

The High Atlas constitutes a natural barrier between Ouarzazate and Marrakech. Consequently when we follow the road of Marrakech, we pass by a half-desert in a high altitude landscape, and than as we descend on the other side to Marrakech, we discover the palm trees and the verdure.
The air is consequently more humid and warm. The landscapes around Tizi-n-Tichka are magnificent. Thre tradors of different don’t mislead in occupying this place; it is better not to show that you speak French, English, or Spanish, because they will attack you. It is better to speak Czech or Norwegian, the traders will let you tranquil.
