Dar Batha Museum :
This palace hispano-maur from the end of the 19th century, shelter admirable collections of the traditional art of Fes.
Sculpted wood, zelligs and other decorative materials belong to the art. The embroidery, the covers the jewels and the coins present a particular interest.
But the main interest point of the museum is in the pottery hall. The most beautiful ceramics are due to the art of fassi. Specialised in this technique, the craftsmen invented the famous blue of Fes from cobalt.
Not to miss: the astrolabs, astronomic instruments perfected by the Arabian savants, very beautiful and mysterious.

The museum of Borj North :

This ancient fort from the 16th century near the ramparts shelter the military tradition as it became gun museum.

The amateurs will appreciate the evolution of the techniques, and the amateurs of art the splendour of these objects. All the civilisations are represented here: the Indians, the Europeans or the Asians.
