For 4 persons
. Preparation time: 10 minutes
. Cooking time: 20 minutes
• 2 green peppers
• 2 red peppers
• 2 yellow peppers
• 10 stoned olives
• 10 yellow stoned olives
• 4 pieces of country bread
• Olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves
• Salt and pepper
1. Overheat your oven in the grill
position
2. Skin the garlic cloves and chop up one
3. Put the peppers on a big plate and grill them
in your oven. Turn them to grill all the sides.
4. When they are black remove the skin, passing
them under cold water
5. Cut the olives in slices
6. Toast the pain, than rub the bread with a garlic
clove
7. Mix the garlic and the olive oil in a bowl.
Add the peppers and the olives. Salt, pepper and mix.
8. Serve on the countrypain, beforehand toasted
and rubbed with garlic.
