Shoulder with onions and almonds |
For 4 persons
750g of meat cut in pieces
50g of butter
a onion thin slice
1 garlic clove
½ spoon of ginger coffee
a spoonful of salt
½ packet of saffron
¾ litre of water
Mix and cook gentle the ingredients during an hour
in a covered pan. Than add quinces cut in two, without seeds and
cleanned / 200g of little onions / a skinned tomatoe cut / a bouquet
of cut parsley. Let cook during 40 minutes, mix from times to times
and reduce the sauce. Serve the meat covered with with vegetables
and sauce.
