750 g of sesames
1 kg flour
500 g powdered sugar
500 g butter
250 g honney
½ l of oil
a spoon of coffee Meska Hourra
2 spoons of soup Nafee
200 g sugar for decoration
a spoon of cinnamon soup
1) Wash well the grains of sesame.
Cook them in a pot without oil. Put only 500 g and set asside 250
g.
2) Cook 750 g of flour, turning from times to times
untill you get a golden colour. Put 250 g butter in a casserole
and add 250 flour. Cook gently, turning on.
3) Boil the almonds, skin them and fry them in
oil. Gather 100 g for decoration and mix the others with the Meska
hourra. Add the salt and the honey.
4) Mix the two contents of flour in a big bowl,
with the grains of sesame, the sugar, the almonds and the cinnamon.
Present it in a large plate and decorate with sugar and almonds.
