pepper salad with parsley and garlic |
500 g green peppers
5 garlic cloves
one preserved lemon
the juice of a lemon
a bouquet of parsley
½ spoon of salt
½ spoon of pepper
Grill the green peppers on all the sizes. Close them
in a plastic bag before putting them in water. Take off the stems,
skin them and cut them into squares, of one cm. Take off the pulp
of the preserve, throw it away and cut it into small cubes. Cut
and mix the parsley with the garlic. Drop all the ingredients in
a bowl.
