   Almonds cake

 

   Ingredients

100 g flour
100 g powdered almonds
300 g sugar
8 white of eggs.

   Preparation

Mix the ingredients in a big plate. When the mixture is homogeneous, add: 175g butter, a vanilla bag. Mix well all. Drop in a cake fin with butter. Cook gently during 15 to 20 minutes supervising on.
