750g of meat
½ glass of edible oil
a slim slice onion
½ spoon of pepper coffee
a spoon of salt
½ packet of saffron
¾ litre of water
Mix and cook gently the ingredients in a covered
pot. Add 500 g of the zucchini cut in two in length and 150 g of
onions. Cook 15 to 20 minutes, than dust a spoon of thyme. Present
the tajine the meat, in the middle of the zucchini, onions and cover
with sauce.
