   Salted croissant

In order to obtain the flaky pastry, it is recommended to mix the butter with the flour, than add the egg, the salt, the yeast and the water.
Mix well to incorporate the different elements, as for the countrybread.

   Ingredients

500 g flour
an egg
a handful of salt
400 g of butter
water
a bag of yeast
a spoon of yeast soup
a cup ogf grated cheese

   Preparation

Mix well the flour, the egg, the salt and the water. Mix and put in the refrigerator 10 minutes. Put the pastry on the table, sprink the butter and fold in two. Put back to the refrigerator, and do the same operation two times.
Lay the pastry and cut squares of 5 cm which dust with grated cheese.
Roll up each square, forming croisssants, distemper with an egg before cooking.
