2 big onions
2 garlic cloves
a bouquet of parsley
a bouquet of coriander
Chop the ingredients. Add o spoon of paprika, ½
spoon of pepper coffee, a spoon of cumin coffee, a spoon of ginger
coffee, ½ salt coffee. Knead all with your hands, marinate
30 minutes before making the balls of the size of a nut. Put in
a tajine or in a round plate: 100 g of butter, 1 kg of skinned tomatoes,
3 cleanned peppers cut in length, a spoon of paprika, ½ cumin
coffee, a bouquet of parsley, ½ spoon of cinnamon coffee,
½ glass of water. Cook 5 to 10 minutes befor adding the balls,
which will be cooked gently 5 to 10 minutes without covering. Distribute
the balls in the tajïne and if you want you can break one to
8 eggs that you will arrange on the borders of the tajïne.
They will cook in a few minutes.
