For 4 persons
750 g of meat
½ glass of edible oil
a handful of salt
½ packet of saffron
¾ litre of water
Mix the ingredients in a ¾ covered bowl and
cook them gently during an hour. Meanwhile add 500 g of zucchini
cut in two in length / 150 g of little onions. Let another 15 to
20 minutes than sprinkle with salt and a handful of thyme. Present
the meat in the middle of the zucchini and of the in a tajina and
of the onions and cover with sauce.
